Monday Night Football Cook
I am a (homer) Houston Texans fan and was pumped up about the game last night. So, I decided to take half the day off and bust off a small cook. I cooked two racks of ribs and some leg quarters. The weather was perfect for an afternoon cook, the cook went great, the food was all tasty, and the Texans beat the Jets. I call it a perfect evening!
