Default ~~~Brisket recipe~~~

Curious if anyone would like to share any wisdom on bbq'en a brisket. This is my first year with my team. We have had some success with brisket but never place in the money. I use a kamodo style smoker. Any help from recipe to whatever would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You'll likely be best doing a search of the forum for many posts on the subject of brisket.

Given your general interest in the subject, you may even find a better amount under 'Q-Talk'.
