Default WooHoo Tri-Tip in NC

Was in Costco over the weekend and went back to the meat dept. to ask for Tri-Tip like I have every week for the the last 4+ years and what to my surprise! Finally, they now carry it. Life is good!

Not bad for around here! The closest thing we have is a prepackaged/premarinated and injected with up to 15% solution by weight so called tri-tip at 7.99~8.99/lb.

Sweet, I'll check my local store. If not I'll be in Greensboro on wednesday and will pick some up. Thanks for the heads up!

Glad to hear you can get it there. Our local Raley's just had them on sale in 3 packs for $2.99/lb untrimmed or a 1 pack trimmed at $3.99/lb. I bought 6 cause they give an extra 10% of for 6. Not bad!!

The Cosco are trimmed and really, really nice. Well worth $5.99 a pound.
