WooHoo Tri-Tip in NC
Was in Costco over the weekend and went back to the meat dept. to ask for Tri-Tip like I have every week for the the last 4+ years and what to my surprise! Finally, they now carry it. Life is good!

Not bad for around here! The closest thing we have is a prepackaged/premarinated and injected with up to 15% solution by weight so called tri-tip at 7.99~8.99/lb.

Glad to hear you can get it there. Our local Raley's just had them on sale in 3 packs for $2.99/lb untrimmed or a 1 pack trimmed at $3.99/lb. I bought 6 cause they give an extra 10% of for 6. Not bad!!
