I picked up a new 18.5 WSM to do some R&D during the winter. My offset is simply too large to cook 1 butt or anything of that nature. I got a decent deal on it as it was the floor model and the guy was getting rid of it to make space. I paid $245 for it which isn't the cheapest I've seen other brethren get it for but good enough for me.

Gonna fire her up this weekend. I really wish they had smaller solid stickburners at a decent price but I'll start with this.

Nah, the 18-incher wouldn't handle what I cook thru the spring and summer. The last hog I did alone is larger than this smoker.

Plus I love stick burners. The pit I have coming is a massive wood burning machine.
