My lazy Sunday pron

Well I said in my check list this morning that I wasnt doin crap all day except smokin my butt. Didnt quit work out that way but a great day none the less the butt was done in about 7 hours and rested another 1.5 in the cooler. I made homemade cole slaw and had store bought grillin beans, the last of the fresh green oinions out of the garden and even made my chorizo and blue cheese poppers. Cooked the butt with charcoal and wild cherry from my yard, I made my rootbeer sauce and rubbed it with my rub and served it on a Kaiser roll. Finished it off with family and an icey cold Sol beer !

Charray , nope that's it but I do sprinkle them with smoked paprika pretty liberally before the go on
