Default First Fatty(s) and First Ham

I got a Farmland spiral cut ham and I got 4 flavors of JD sausage 16oz each.
I'm using the glaze the ham came with and the fatties aren't getting any special treatment, just throwing them in as is. I'll bring more pics after I'm finished

Just curious I have never done a ham, how do you do a pre-cooked ham like yours?

I'm a bit of a newb myself, honestly I just looked at the cooking instructions it came with and I'm using that as a general guideline. I put it flat-side down on some foil, put the glaze on it and threw it in. I have an electric smoker, so I set the temp to 275 and set the timer for 3 hours and we'll see what happens.

Hope you love the Nekkid fatties as much as several of us do!

I always make extra (hard to do, but possible ) and freeze them in whole chubs or halves. Simple reheat of some slices for breakfast or into biscuits and gravy!

Looking forward to see how yours turn out.

Good Eats for sure.

Nice.
We like to wrap in bacon to keep the outside from getting too crispy... :)

I know a picture is worth a 1000 words but how did it turn out? Are you happy with how the ham turned out? I curious this looks like a good quick dinner for the holidays.

The ham was pretty much practice for the holidays. It turned out pretty dang good. It was moist and had some good smoky flavor. The glaze that it came with ended up making a big mess, so I might try something different with that. Otherwise it will make a good Thanksgiving ham.

The fattys are good too. We've been eating them like "Sausage McMuffins" but better.

It does but Andy taught me a trick. Cook it in a half pan.
