Default Quick breakfast fatty

Quick and dirty breakfast fatty to get my smokin Friday started. No fancy weave--- just breakfast sausage wrapped in bacon and stuffed with homemade hash browns and diced jalapeños. Ate a couple slices with sourdough bread in a sandwich with a slice of cheese. Delish!

Cooked on my kettle indirect at about 300 with Kb for fuel and mesquite chunks for smoke until 165 internal.

Resting:

Sliced open:

Thanks fer lookin

That looks great. Did you cook the hash browns first?

How long did it take once you put it on the grill to get it up to 165?
