Default Rock´n Rotisserie Roll !

Howdy folks !

I finally got my Epicoa Rotisserie yesterday ! Came home late last night after a 1500 mile business trip in 2 days but just couldnt help and prepare some food to burn it in on our national
holiday here in germany today.

Heres the menu :
-Chorizo Sausages
-Gyros with my "dancing sirtaki" seasoning
-Veal ribs with cherry bomb rub
-american beef picanha coated with coarse sea salt
-Chicken Brest wrapped in Bacon and marinated with a mediterranean seasoning
-Chicken Wings with PigWing Rub and glazed with maple syrup
-"duroc" rack of pork with mafia coffee rub

I must say i really expected a lot from the rotisseie but i´m blown away by how well it performed. I think the family liked the food too - 10 people cleared the plates with more than 20 pounds of meat. Wish i had some leftovers...

Cheers,

DM
