Default last nights cook chicken and cheese

fired my charbroil up to test the firebox mod i made and it worked better than i thought it would have used less wood and kept more even temps with the mod. chicken turned out wonderful and my 1st time smoking cheese. for appetizers i thought it would be fun to try to smoke some cheese was a bit more challenging than i expected but turned out very good
wife said this batch of chicken was best batch i have ever done on my smoker
