Default Data loggers for time and temp

I was looking for suggestions for data loggers to track temp v time.

If anyone has some ideas that would be great

I recall looking for a product where I could capture the temps to be graphed/analyzed later and there was really nothing good that supported high temp probes. Most commercial products just want to show you the temps. It's not until you get into the higher end automatic temp controllers that you get features where you can capture the data.

I use a stoker and capture the data with a custom web app I wrote.
