Hello everyone...I've been bbq'in for a few years. I'm somewhat new to smoking but nonetheless, people seem to like my bbq ribs. I am a novice, never cooked in competition or anything...just back yard bbq'in.
Anyway, my question is...I would like to try and earn a few bucks a month hopefully cooking bbq for others. My question is, how do I get started with this? I'm not talking about a commercial operation or anything...just something where I can cook ribs for some people once or twice a month and charge them a nominal fee. Any suggestions? |

Don't mean to rain on your idea, but if money changes hands for food you are catering, vending, or something similar.
Carry's with it some legal requirements. May I suggest you read some of the many threads here about catering and such until someone comes along with other ideas. Good Luck. TIM

Check with your state/ city laws. Some states and city are more lenient than other.
