Default Kids Comp

We are doing a comp in a couple of weeks and they have a kids grouping that my 8 year old wanted to try. Honestly I could care less if he wins anything I'm just excited to do it with him. There are two categories. First is pork chops that can not have any garnish. Second is open and can have garnish. I like things simple myself so prally won't put too much in wih the steak but am open to possibilities. Thanks!

IBCA kids cooks my son has done, were just 2 porkchops in the box on a sheet of foil. Only other non sanctioned was a chicken leg quarter. Havn't done any "open" kid cooks.
