Health Departments
Good morning,
I'm getting ready to have a mobile kitchen built. Here in Texas if the City or County does not have Health Department requirements, then the state governs. Is there a Health Department in the Country or State of Texas that is widely considered the most strict? I'd like to find that department and comply with their requirements to be safe. |
