Default My First Run of Beef Back Ribs

I went out to get some pork spares today and the store where I stopped was out, but they had several racks of beef backs for $1.98/lb so I decided to give them a whirl...

I smoked a rack of them yesterday. Easy to smoke. Turned out great as usual. My Kroger sells them for $1.98 a pound all the time. Thanks for taking the time to do a video on them.

Great video JM. What kind of sauce did you use and how was it on the beef ribs? I have never sauced my beef ribs and was just wondering how yours were sauced.

I took some of my homemade KC style sauce and added a little vinegar and cayenne so it wouldn't be too sweet for the beef...
