Getting ready to do pork sandwiches for a all day event. What is the best way to warm up and keep warm. Going to cook it and put in foil pans night before.

This may be too late, but I find that keeping the pork warm in whole pieces keeps it better. If you can pull it as you go you will have a better looking product. Let me know if you have any questions. You have my email address now.
