Default Pulled Chuckies!

I cooked up some chuckies. These were Beef Shoulder Roast from Sam's. There were 2 in the package. About 6.5 pounds total weight.

I seasoned them up with Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper and granulated garlic.

After I hit 160, I foiled them and splashed in some worsty.

Then I took them till they pulled. Here they are after resting.

Here they are after pulling.

They are destined for sammies later in the week and probably some beef tamales in a couple of weeks.

I would trade you some Brunswick Stew for some Chuckie, but there isn't going to be any left by the time you could get here.
