Default Smoking PP today, serving Wednesday....help please

What is the best way to serve the pp smoked today for Wednesday? We are having a potluck on Wednesday and I'm smoking 2 butts today, one for tonight and the other on Wednesday. I planned on putting the pp in a crock pot on Wednesday but I want it to still be moist with the goodness. Any suggestions on what or how the best way to do this and keeping it yummy good? Thanks.

I do this regularly for the folks where my wife works. I cook and pull the butts and then refrigerate a couple of days ahead. I save any liquid from the foil from the pork and degrease it and refrigerate that, too. Then on the morning that she needs them I heat the pork in a pan in the oven along with some of the saved liquid and whatever sauce I am going to use. I preheat the sauce just to help in the reheating process. I also preheat the crock pot and once the pork is hot I put it into the crock pot. When she takes it to work it is already hot and she puts the crock pot on warm. Then, as the pork sits she will add any of the leftover cooking liquid or warmed apple juice as needed to keep things moist.

How much of the foiled drippings do you use typically and do you also add some bbq sauce to all that?
