Looks great!

Once you find a kettle lid, you may think about adding a second shelf close to the top. It'll hold a lot more wings that way!

Looks great! As for thermometers, I'm sure there's some high end pricey ones out there, but I'm using one of these on mine and have had good luck with it-http://www.ebay.com/itm/3-BBQ-CHARCO...#ht_911wt_1095 Just make sure to get something large enough so it's easy to read, and has small degree increments.
