Default Another newb from Ahia

Hello All,

Not sure that I can say anything new here that doesn't make me sound like a broken record so I'll make a few statements and you can pigeonhole me for yourself.

I like to play with fire.
I like to cook.
I like to cook with fire, exploring all kinds of different methods.
I like to build things.
I like to tweak things.
I like Alton Brown.
I like Iron Chef (both versions).
I like to compete against myself because I have never done anything to perfection.
My favorite cooker is my Webber Kettle.
Now I am trying to cook wood.
I am guessing I have just described 99.9% of you.

Respectfully,
dwg
