Default My new BPS Stainless Drum and a Breakfast Fatty

I am the proud recipient of a new stainless steel drum from Big Poppa Smokers!
The engineering department at BP's guitar factory made the design. They even engineered the cooking grate!

Love the adjustable hot coal rack....

it can be raised for high heat grilling...

air intake...and exhaust

and it sits on a drum dolly!

I hope to get better pics without my fingerprints all over it! lol

First cook... I gave it the breakfast fatty test.

cold smoked back bacon, fried with potatoes, minced scallions, minced jalapenos and a sprinkle of smoked moz cheese..

stuffed and wrapped in a bacon weave...

The drum passed the fatty test with flying colors.

I love it! It's a beautiful drum.

Thank you again BP!!

Thanks for looking!

My eyes!

It's too shiny! You'll take care of that in short order.

Now I'm speechless. Awesome cooker.

I think that UDS might be from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Excellent work all around Jeanie!

Looking that over Jeanie I think I see a few kinks in it. Better send it my way and I will be a nice guy and fix it up a little for you.

And btw, your bacon weave is a work of art. I bet you got A' in art class
