My new BPS Stainless Drum and a Breakfast Fatty

I am the proud recipient of a new stainless steel drum from Big Poppa Smokers!

The engineering department at BP's guitar factory made the design. They even engineered the cooking grate!

Love the adjustable hot coal rack....

it can be raised for high heat grilling...

air intake...and exhaust

and it sits on a drum dolly!

I hope to get better pics without my fingerprints all over it! lol

First cook... I gave it the breakfast fatty test.

cold smoked back bacon, fried with potatoes, minced scallions, minced jalapenos and a sprinkle of smoked moz cheese..

stuffed and wrapped in a bacon weave...

The drum passed the fatty test with flying colors.

I love it! It's a beautiful drum.

Thank you!! I love shiny things. lol The piston came from a friend in Germany. This was the first time I've used it. Worked great.
