Cooking Class Mike Davis LottaBull BBQ Class

The Great Lakes BBQ Association is happy to announce that they will be hosting Mike & Debbie Davis' Lotta Bull BBQ Technique Cooking Class at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Grand Blanc, Michigan on November 9-10, 2012.
Class specifics along with discounted room rates information can be found at the GLBBQA website: www.glbbqa.com or at the Davis' website, www.lottabullbbq.com
The class location is approximately 10 minutes from Bishop Airport in Flint, Mi and the hotel does offer a airport shuttle.
The association is also holding a raffle for 1 class ticket, that info can be found at the GLBBQA website also.

This is an excellent class. I owe my success in chicken to mike. Note that I took his technique and made it work for me and it took a lot of practice buts it's paid for itself many times over.

Hay due to work I should be already in that area. I am a Robic Tech and will be having updated training that week pretty close.

Please PM me I should be in for the class BUT I have a few questions 1st... add this class with the 3ezy class as soon as we work out the date I should be ready to go huh!!
