Default Phubar's Wild Boar Ribs Pron

These were quite good...they looked a bit like lamb ribs,long and thin with a little meat between the bones.
On one end of the ribs there was quite alot of meat.

I decided to go 2-1-1...I used cane sugar,honey,Crisco (I was out of butter) and some blood orange juice.
APhter Phoiling I used the juices to glaze the ribs.

I used some porkbelly chops to baste the ribs,one or 2 chops I mixed in with the sauerkraut salad which was quite good.
Basically it was kraut with onion,tomato,garlic,smoked taters,bacon,raisins,creme fraiche,mayo,honey salt,pepper.
