When I turn the fan at minimum speed, you will see big smoke
When I turn the fan at half speed, you will see the long flame, about 1' to 2' feet length
When I turn the fan at full speed, you can nearly not see any flame, but it is VERY HOT. I can not mearsure the temerature, or it will burn my probe.
My IQ still can not understand how explode happened.

There is NO flue on the smoker. Smoke and hot Air are forced to circulated inside the smoker and escape from gaps of cover

When fan runs fast, you will not see flame, nor smoke, and temperature.
When fan runs very slow, you will see big smoke
When fan runs at half power, you will see flame

cold smoke generator.
To produce smoke, you need to soak some wood pellets, saw dusts, chips in water. Other wise it will heat your smoker to 200+ F
