when you finish, please post your thoughts, lessons learned and give some insight to those who have not had the chance to go to a class yet. Thanks in advance

Where is the class held at? I'm judging but may come in on Friday to fraternize with some teams. May stop by the class to meet some Brethren,
Pitmaster, KCBS Master CBJ, CTC, and contest rep.

Good for you jb! Be sure to pay close attention, and aspire to be the best judge you can be. There's been a few posts here lately about judges & comment cards. I'd be curious to hear what is said about them in your class. Cheers!!!
If Homebrew & BBQ aren't the answer, then you're askin' the wrong questions... Cheers!!!
