Question WSM 150* just sitting outside--do I change my normal set up?

Going to smoke spares. Usually light up 12 briquettes and go no water in pan. With the temps outside only need 100*. Change snaything or still go dry and just close vents much sooner??

No need to change your technique - if it was 30* might be a different story.

^^^^ I agree. I don't change anything with the extra heat.

I've been running my WSM a lot and have had similar temps in my cooker. Didn't change my process, it just came up to temp quicker.

It'll just come up to temp quicker. I wouldn't change what works either. Keep an eye on it and start closing vents accordingly.

I've had trouble keeping the temps down in the hot summer sun, (Especially if I started it early in the morning and had it up to temp before the sun was hitting it.) So I cook under a patio umbrella.
