Default Santa Maria all the way...

I've been thinking about which way to go in regards to what addition I could add to my Large Big Green Egg, Gasser, and Parks and reck in ground charcoal gril. The way my pool area is set up, I think I will really enjoy a Santa Maria and thanks a lot to the guy on here whe suggested it. I buying the kit and building a masonry pit. Should be fun and a huge conversation here in NC where these things are non existent

I always liked cooking on a Santa Maria type pit. I've built probably a dozen of them over the years while still living in Ca. And now there will soon be another in NC. Just south of Greensboro, in my back yard. Thank you for the motivation.

I would be interested in getting a link to plans and sources for kits.
Too expensive any other way, importing downunder I mean.
