Default Kosmos Pork Injection

I typically use Butcher's pork injection, but got some Kosmos pork injection to compare. I am making tomorrow, but wondering if you need to let the injection sit for awhile prior to cooking? The butcher's they recommend that it sits for 4 hours prior to cooking. What is everyone's experience. Do people prefer Butchers vs Kosmos. The Butchers has been a little too dark/brown of a flavor for our pork flavor profile. Trying something different to determine if it is a better fit for our flavor profile. Any comments/suggestions are welcome!

Not sure what dark brown tastes like. I used Butcher pork inj two weeks ago and didn't care for it. I like their brisket inj. Next I will try the Chris Lilly pork inj recipe.

Apple juice, white grape juice, white sugar and a little salt is what we use.

We like the taste.

Kosmos is definitely worth trying.

The dark brown I am describing tastes like pork gravy. It's not bad, it just does go with our rub and sauce well. I am hoping that the Kosmos will meld better. I will let you know how it turns out.
