Default Baby backs and abts pron

I made our baby backs last night on our vacation for my sister in laws b day.I rubbed two of the racks with my own rub and the other two with three little pigs championship rib rub. First time using a commercial rub. It was good but it does have msg in it. The abts were a mix of cream cheese greyure cheese and beer brats chopped up. Did not have a very strong smoke ring but still was good. Thanks for looking.

The IQ 110. The wsms hold temps really well. This is just extra insurance for me. I know I can leave and my temps will hold. Works great for me.

Looks great Jason! You cooking this weekend in Madison? If so, I'd be glad to try a rack of those ribs out before you turn in to the judges......I'm always glad to help out when I can!

Looks like some good grub!! MSG? Some folks have problems with it just like anything else. I like what it does for my rubs. YMMV. Cheers!!!

Awesome looking ribs, just did some last weekend using Famous Daves rub. I cheated though, stuck them in the oven for 3 hours then the Weber. Just didn't have time to smoke them, I know I know, LOL

I thought that was my back porch for a second. I have a very similar weber cart and the same smoker as you. Food looked amazing.
