Buckboard Bacon Shocker

Just got back from the grocery store where I spotted some "Redneck Bacon" for sale at $7.50/lb!. It looked very good but at that price it just motivated me to mix up some cure and dust off the Hobart. Anyone seen this product around?

Yup, made just across town from me!
It's pretty decent if it's your first time having BBB, but once you've made it yourself there's no comparison!
