rubbed it with brown sugar let it set on counter till sugar was dissolved than put salt garlic and pepper..

350 for around 25 mins. I don't temp check it. Soon as it starts to flake with a fork it's good to go. :)

How long did you soak the plank? Ive got a few of these but they always catch fire on me on a traditional grill, perhaps I need to put them in the smoker where they will be further from the flame.
