Default Yazoo's Delta Q Class 7/28-29

FYI, Pete and Melissa Cookston, winners of Memphis in May 2012 and 2010 (plus wins in whole hog 2010, 2011 and 2012) are hosting a MBN and KCBS cooking class in Southaven MS July 28-29.

Should be an amazing class taught by one of the toughest teams on the circuit.

Southaven is just across the state line from Memphis. Just about 15-20 minutes from downtown. Class is $650 and you can pay online.

I'm all signed up and can't wait.

The information on the whole hog alone (oh, plus eating it) learning their process and timeline is well worth it......a good class and experience overall
