Sadly no, between the rain and the Cider I really only got to watch you during the brisket inspection as seen in the photos, and you were quite busy with trying to turn in a 1st place piece of meat - congratulations.

I just don't know if I have anything left to add to the thread but hell yes it was an amazing event as usual and being that it's geared towards the public getting involved having personalities like Phu and 'the boss lady' there just made it all the more enjoyable. You guys should have seen Phu's face when I told him to go to the cold room and get whatever meat he wanted in there and just cook it. It was ike a kid in a candy store. lolol

Thanks to both of you for everything and I hope I was able to show you a few tricks as i learned some from y'all over the weekend.

I think GTR is right we need to get to NL or stateside and soon!!!
