Default Phubar's Lowland Smokers with Dr.Sweetsmoke @ Grillstock 2012 Bristol,UK Pron
Grillstock was a great upportunity to meet DR_KY,DrBBQ Phace2Phace since it's a hour Phlight or so and to see some English teams I've met in april at Twiskepoort,Holland during the Tony Stone Low 'n Slow competition.
Byron Chism (Bad Byron's Butt rub) was also there like he was in Twiskepoort.

Padawan and I wanted to visit Grillstock as visitors but Brethren DR_KY aked us if we could join his team...oPhcourse we said yes!

We arrived on Phriday,dropped our luggage at the hotel which was a 5 minute walk from Grillstock,visited the site,went for a nice Mexican breakPhast and waited for DR_KY...

Our kitchen existed of:DR_KY's Beast,Monolith,ProQ smoker and a Carson Rotisserie Suitcase.

Catagories were:

-Chef's Choice - 2nd
-Dessert - 17th
-Ribs - 2nd
-Brisket - 1st
-Chicken - 10th
-Beans - 11th
-Pork shoulder - 8th

-3rd overall out of 21 teams


Day 1 was "organising" the kitchen and prepping the meat for the next day...here are my pics of day 1...

Looks like you had better weather on Sunday, I spent a lot of time on Saturday getting wet!

I did get to see the selection of the winning brisket!
