Default New Orleans BBQ Caterer Needed for a private party this Weekend

Have a client who is going to the Big Easy this weekend with 13 guys for a bachelor party weekend. They are renting a house. He would like to have a bbq catered one day.

I told him I'd post here in case someone could hook him up.

This successful Competition BBQ cook is also a caterer. He is about an hour from N.O. but may be interested. Tee Wayne's Cajun Cooking (225) 806-3668.

I want to know where the hell they got crawfish. They are totally out of season. It's crab season now.
