Default 1st GIG - 200 person wedding! PRON!

So...last week I posted "My sister's wedding" -- cooked my proverbial ARSE off all week - 110 lbs. of BUTT -- my teammates 'ran the show' at the wedding.

GREAT DAY -- FOOD WAS FABULOUS <--actually FAB FREE!! but, that is a different forum.

Smoked 110 lbs of BUTT in the PARTY - it's a FAMILY AFFAIR!

The Mrs. Gran Pappy of Pork PULLED 50 lbs!

SMForums DUTCH'S BEANS - orange, red, yellow peppers - jalapenos - BUSHS beans, pineapple, brown sugar - BACON, RIB MEAT AND PORK!!! Smoked 2.5 hours at 250*

150 ABT's - thanks to Teammate TIM

Oh yeah..how about the WEDDING BOUQUETS!!??

The WEDDING highlights?? 150 SAKI BOMBS!!!

and a JUG OF ALABAMA WHITE LIGHTNIN'!!!
WHO THE HE!! goes to a wedding that has 150 SAKI BOMBS and MOONSHINE!!??

TELL YOU WHAT BBQ!!

A great wedding gift thanks to my crew at TELL YOU WHAT~~

Nice looking set up. We have done several weddings, baby showers, school sporting banquets and other parties I used to sweet parties for 50 but no that is no big deal. The biggest to date for us was a reunion for 400.
It is a rush and a great feeling after the last person is served.

Looks like them 2 little ones was some good help!
