Has anyone ever sold burnt ends at a festivals? If so, how much for an order and the quanity? Will be doing briskets at a blues and bbq festival and was thinking this would be a nice add on. Anyh information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Ed.

i sell chopped point, I would not specifically sell burnt ends, there will not be a demand for it and not many will know what it is.
