That's looking like our only option if we want to cook one in July. There is a lot going on that weekend! looks like it might be a good one.

This is going to be a great comp, one of my former cooking partners is helping put it on. They have a good prize pool and he was able to get some big names to come, including Myron and Johnny Trigg. I will be unable to go due to a prior comp commitment.

Thunder Road Smokehouse will be there. I read they only had 40 spots. We received our confirmation letter and an email from the organizer and there were quite a few teams on the email already. If you want in this comp, I would get the entry form off very soon, I am sure this one will fill up fast.
