Our team got 5th in Chicken, 5th in Brisket, 11th overall, but we burnt our ribs setting the sauce (27th). I should have put them on a rack in a pan.

Overall I was pleased. Got 16th in Pork with cold pork, I need to figure a way to keep the Pork hot when breaking it down for box pieces.

At least 90% of the pork that we get to judge is COLD by the time we actually bite into it, so don't sweat that too much.
