This is one of those "adult diaper" questions...

Depends...

Size of drinking cup?
Ice?
How much ice?
One serving each or a serving & refill?
Some of the men are not tea drinkers.
Some of the men are not thirsty.
etc. etc. etc.

If you're talking a 16oz cup without any ice - a gallon will cover 8 drinks. If 1/2 the cup is filled with ice - 13 to 14 drinks depending on cube size & overall fluid volume displaced by the ice.
