Default Garry Maddox BBQ Challenge

August 11th. I know it's the same weekend as Bel Air but who's in?

We got 3rd in pitmasters ribs 2010, 2nd in '11 so we're hoping to improve just a *little* this year.

Haven't made up my mind if I want to enter or just pit bitch. That 10 page-long health department temporary license application is a real turn-off.

I think you only have to fill out one section of it for a "pitmaster" entry now. Not 100% sure about that though. I'll be doing it today.

Edit: I just filled out the form. You only have to do one section describing what you're cooking and how you're handling it.
