Just Some left overs from a catering gig a few days ago were I made a little extra;
Babybacks smoked over cherry wood and oak, homemade tater salad, homemade mac n cheese and my slaw should have resauced the ribs I think ![]()

Wow the sides look awesome, and I'm not a slaw fan. I'm on the 5th day of leftover babybacks so I'm done ribbed out, but they look good too.
