Default Sweet Tea amounts for construction crew?

I have been catering for 3 years and rarely do people want me to do drinks. I have booked a catering for a construction crew lunch for 225 people which I am guessing mostly men. Can someone give me an idea of the ball park on amounts of sweet tea and ice I should need for this meal?
