Default Pork shoulders

Need some help with pork shoulders. I've been asked to give someone 100 pounds of cooked pork shoulder. The problem is I've never cooked pork shoulder. How much pork shoulder do I need to cook to have 100 pounds of finished pork. How long should I expect it to cook at 350 275 . thanks for the help.

Matt, whole shoulders, or what some call a shoulder which is the picnic?

You're probablly look at 170# whole shoulder; perhaps 200# picnic.
