Default dino's on my new smoke ez

went with the 3 bear rub and let them sit for 4 hours
then brought them out




used some tobasco wood chips ad these were really good with this meat


then we begin 6 hours 3-2-1


as we were waiting the wife went and checked the crab pot


out of the foil b/4 the sauce and we used webers bold n spicy






guess who can't wait














These were amazing and I love my smoke ez next week 14 lb turkey on the smoke ez hope ya'll enjoyed

Looks phenomenal! I have never attempted Beef Ribs, I need to remedy that!

Nice looking beef ribs! Got some in the freezer that may have to make an appearance this weekend.

Beautifully done. The Smoke EZ looks like a nice unit. Are you going to reinforce your kettle's legs?

your dog is really lucky whats his name here in phoenix rustlers roost has all the beef ribs you can eat so i never did beef ribs i only smoke pork

A week after I ordered my Cajun Bandit I lucked into a 50 dollar Performer on CL. It's a little tall but it's farkin' stable.

Beef ribs are my favorite thing to bbq. Your pics only reaffirm that conviction. Great looking ribs.
