This show is biased.... they totally skipped Memphis. Neelys, Rendezvous, Leonards, etc.

Got the chance to go to lockhart smokehouse last june. Great people, generous with the samples! The BBQ was really good, tried clod, fatty brisket, ribs, links, and a few sides (there were other people with me.....)

Also can't say enough great things about Franklins. Also very generous, I asked for half a pound of brisket and he gave me an extra half pound because as he said, "I like to have fun" It was a new uncut brisket right out of the butcher paper too. He also threw in two bones of ribs for free. And my god was that brisket good.

Great video, can't wait to try them all!
