Pig Candy! Stop the insanity....
Ok I can say yes have never done pig candy until today... I have had 6 pieces and it is awesome. Sorry for the bad pics but I am hooked!

Rub with brown sugar salt and pepper or BS and favorite rub... 350 until carmelized crisp! ORRRRRRR Smoker and same way until crisp. It is very addicting.....
