Been crummy and raining all day... and needed some flame kissed food.

Decided to try out the cast iron griddle over my gas stove. Tonight's trial... a pair of ribeyes.
A simple dusting of Montreal seasoning, 4 minutes per side.

Tender, juicy, and vaporized shortly there after.

I'm glad I can't cook as good as you guys. I'd be 500 lbs if I could. Nice work.
