New 22 yr old Imperial Kamado
Found this in my grandfather's shed last weekend. Restored it yesterday and am smoking pork today!

1 hour in and the inside air temp is holding steady at 265-267. This is much easier than I expected.

Gotta love Grandpa!!! He took good care of that!
 Ive picked up a few of these over the past 2 years, and love them!!!!! I have learned a lot on this site about them too. If you have problems with the JB weld, then you will need to go get some of that furnace and fireplace adhesive. It really works super good. Here is my restore, it is a little outside the box for color, but it is what I like!!! I just ordered a official replacement cover for mine. |
