Default A Big Thanks to Steph and Oakridge

I brined 8 hugh bone in chicken breast with Oakridge Brine for 1 3/4 hours. Tokk them out rinced them patted dry and put in the fridge for a few more hours. Got the Large Egg going with Wicked Good and Humphrys Lump. Put a light coating of oil and Simply Marvelous Cherry rub. Cooked at 300-350 raised direct. I do not think I have ever had so many compliments from my family for something I dooked. It was really awesome

Sounds great to me too George. Thanks for the info on the brine, I've not heard of it, but will see if I can find some to try.
