Default Any tips on keeping my trailer porch clean?

This is my first porch trailer and I'm trying to ease the Sunday porch floor cleaning task. I have a rubber stress mat down, but the grease still goes through the holes. Thinking about layers of butcher paper under the mat? Thoughts?

Cardboard works well for me. Then we haul it to our recycling center.

Is it a wood floor? Mine is diamond plate and rinses pretty easily.

Cut to size and a few pieces of making tape...when done roll up the grease "crusties" and throw away
